Packout PDR Tray Top attachment
To attach your new Packout PDR Tray Top, First remove the 4 outside corner screws from you Milwaukee Packout Customizable Work Top ( sold sepereatly) keep the 4 nyloc nuts. Next place your PDR Tray Top on to the Packout Work Top, replace original bolts with the supplied stainless allen head bolts.Using the original 4 nyloc nuts, tighten down allen bolts. be carefull not to over tighten as the Packout Work Top is just plastic and it can be damaged.

Washers can be placed at the 4 corners, in between the Packout Work Top and the bottom of the Packout PDR Tray. This can be done to allow space for Window Gaurd storage.

REAR TRAY Bungie
To attach Rear lower Tray slide off the anchor that is not tied. Start from the top of one of the slots and feed the bungie from the top down, next feed the bungie to the other side slot and up from the bottom. once through slide the anchor on to the bungie and back through the slot.. once through attach to original anchor. you can adjust the tension by how short or long you have the bungie. Included in the dual lower tray package will be and extra bungie as a spare. extra bungies can be purchased on this site or can be found in some local hardware stores such as Menards.

Second anchor only needs to be looped through once.

LOWER SIDE TRAY Bungie
To attach the Lower Side Tray, first take the supplyed bungie with only one anchor and slide the loop end up from the bottom of the side slot. once through pull over and out. take side tray and slide between roll cart and main bin. once in place take bungie and loop over slots at the back of the tray. To adjust tension on the tray, you can shorten the bungie to your desired tension. extra bungies can be purchesd on this site or at your local hardware store.

2MB1 adapter plate
When mounting the 2MB1 rod holder to the Packout rear tool tray adapter, make sure the mounting blocks are set one position from then end on both sides. see picture for example

Installing the Milwaukee Packout Flip Top Quick Change Mount System.
-Start by taking the 4 Packible RAM mounts supplied in your kit.
-For attachment to Packout 2 or 3 draw box please copy and paste the link provide to the Packible Tools video on how to remove your aluminum side bars to allow room to slide RAM mounts on to Aluminum side tubes.

- For Packout Flip lids with aluminum side tubes. remove screw of the top cap for the aluminum bar.

once removed, aluminum bar will slide down and out to allow for RAM mounth to be placed into opening.

once mount is in, reinsert aluminum bar and screw.
make sure that RAM mount flanges are point at each other as shown in the pictures. next, tighten the 4 set screws to hold mounts in place.

once all mounts are installed, the side specific quick change mount brackets can be installed.
Make sure that the pre-installed shoulderd nuts are on the top side of the bracket. Install the supplied allen head bolts through the the quick change braket and into the RAM mounts.
once both side brackets are installed, you can now attach your deisred quick change trays!
